Dr. Shinto’s medical training was as an internist and pulmonologist. Currently InnovaCare Incorporated’s Chief Administrative Officer, Penelope Kokkinides has vast experience in the healthcare field. Plus she has a master’s in social work from NYU, a master’s in public health from Columbia University and has done post-masters advanced work in alcohol and substance abuse.
